I replied to your email OP, just suggestions I noticed. I gave suggestions on talents... other Hunters want to gives some tips on his talents. I suggested filling up Thick hide and endurance, and a few other things.
Anyone want to correct or add on, feel free.--If my answers frighten you then you should cease asking scary questions.

FFXI: Deleted 8-19-07 RIPOk... I checked out your armory page but, if you want people to do that in future, you really should provide a link to it in your post. I also don't know your playstyle, whether you group, pvp or solo quest often.
What I can say is ditch gear with Strength and Spirit. Especially the Strength stuff. You have around +23 Str.. That's gear that could be boosting your agility some more.
