endgameontent It is very

aanee owns fire hard in endgameontent. It is very mana-ineffient, but damn it does dps.
Not really, no. In mid-T5 both 24811 (Fireballx9 oh) and 40021 (2pT5 with ABx3 Fboltx2) are sitting at about 2000dps, and without 2pT5 it's not even aompetition, Fire wins. By the time you're in T6, Fire is a full 200dps ahead, and unlike Frost isn'tompletely messed over by any pushbk that happens (and if any pushbk happens for frost, it's a damage loss not only due to the pushbk but the possibility of the AB debuff dropping off). EDIT: And that'sompletely ignoring the *massive* synergy between trinkets, BloodlustIV, and Molten Fury. Molten Fury alone boosts a fire mage's damage by a huge amount, making it pull even farther ahead of anyombination of frost. EDIT2: Found a new, updated simulator for mages, it's putting Frost at about 200dps below Fire at mid-T5ontent levels, with the margin growing rapidly until youan get 4pT6 with 2pT5 (ABFrost rotations), at whh point fire still pulls out ahead. Plus it appears AB rotations areompletely @#%^ed anywho on the PTR, whh basally means Frost is @#%^ed as a result.
well to be honest i do not have great knowledge of mages, but what i know is when our mages spced aane their damage sky-rketed.
yea, sry Isfreak but you have thatompletely, entirely wrong. And please, show me any, any any any WWS where you have a mage in 25 T5 doing 2k dps, as any sp, on any boss (eept akama). Mostall mages swap to frost oe they start getting T6. Its quite simple tually, you have 1 mage go deep frost simply for wintershill. The rest of your magesan go 40021 to pk up all those lovely spell damage andrit boosting talents. Yourhillbot should be sitting at around a 30-35%rit, while your other mages get to have a ball tossing 2.4k frostbolts thatrit 45-50% of the time. The downside to this is, that if yourhillbot ever misses a raid, your other mages are kind of rewed. And molten fury is a jokeompared to Mind Mastery + Aane power + Spell Power + Aane Instability + Aane Potey working the entire fight, not just the last 20%.
